FAQ About Our Wedding DJ Services

Are you insured? 


Yes!  Many venues require that DJ's are insured and we are happy provide proof of insurance as needed.





Do you bring backup equipment?


Always! We recognize that we are celebrating the most important moments. We leave nothing to chance. There are no do-overs in our business.





What brands of equipment do you use?


We use top brands such as Electro Voice, Shure, Denon, Mackie, and others. All of our equipment is modern and well kept. You are not going to get a great steak for $5 and you are not going to get great sound with 20 year old technology. We do not sacrifice quality in order to offer a great rate. You do not want a wedding dj that doesn't invest in their equipment. 





Can we pick our own music?


Absolutely! Music is a major part of our life and in most peoples lives. We definitely want to create your vibe. We will play everything you like and nothing that you don't.





Do you charge travel fees.?


Our goal is to deliver an incredible value by providing trusted, proven entertainment and using top of the line equipment. To keep our rates where they are we do need to charge a travel fee when warranted.


Our travel radius is 30 miles from Hagerstown MD. Our travel rate is $1.00 per mile beyond that 30 mile radius. For couples in Frederick, Harrisburg, or points in between there are no travel charges.  





Do you have an office where we could meet?


In order to keep our rates low, we do not have an office. We are happy to discuss your event and get to know you. We offer phone consultations, on line video meetings, or in person meetings as long as you don't mind a coffee shop.





Do you charge for delivery, set up, or tear down?


Never! That is part of our job. We charge for tangible items that are of value to clients. We do not look for a way to pad the invoice. 





What is your deposit requirement?


We require a 25% booking deposit to secure your date. We accept checks, credit cards, and cash of course.





Can I add items and services later after booking?


Many of clients are planning events up to two years ahead of their date. We realize that all of your plans may not be clear at the date of booking. You are certainly welcome to add items and services at any point. Please be aware that some items have limited availability and once they are booked we may not be able to offer a replacement.
